Specialty Contact Lenses in Mississauga
We offer custom-fitted contact lenses for patients with unique vision needs, from myopia management to dry eye and complex prescriptions. Thoughtfully fitted for comfort, clarity, and long-term eye health.
Personalized Lenses for Eyes That Need Extra Care
Not every eye works well with standard soft lenses, and that’s okay. At Complete Eyecare, we fit specialty contact lenses for patients with dry eye, high astigmatism, keratoconus, progressive myopia, and other complex conditions. Dr. Preeti Jani has years of experience fitting specialty lenses and offers a patient-first approach that puts comfort and clarity at the centre of your care.
MiSight® Lenses
MiSight® is a daily soft contact lens clinically proven to slow the progression of myopia (nearsightedness) in children.
It’s designed for kids aged 8–12 and offers both clear vision and long-term eye health benefits.
These lenses are easy to wear, child-friendly, and part of a proactive approach to protecting your child’s sight as they grow.
Ortho-K Lenses
Ortho-k (orthokeratology) lenses are worn overnight to gently reshape the front surface of the eye. In the morning, your child or teen wakes up with clear vision, requiring no glasses or daytime contacts.
Ortho-k is often recommended as a non-invasive way to manage myopia and may also benefit adults with active lifestyles or mild prescriptions who want freedom from daytime correction.
Scleral Lenses
Scleral lenses are larger, dome-shaped lenses that rest on the white part of the eye (the sclera) and vault over the cornea.
These lenses create a cushion of fluid that helps keep the eyes hydrated and protected, especially helpful for patients with dry eye, keratoconus, or post-surgical corneal changes.
We carefully map your eye to ensure a comfortable, secure fit.
RGP (Rigid Gas-Permeable) Lenses
RGP lenses are durable, breathable lenses that provide sharp vision for patients with unique prescriptions or corneal shapes.
These lenses are custom-fitted and often used in cases where soft lenses don’t provide the clarity or stability needed. While they may take a little more time to get used to, many patients find them a great long-term option.
